About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Orthopaedic Solutions Management.

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our physicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your primary duties will include:

  • Secretarial Duties: You will provide administrative support to our physicians, including scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and preparing medical records.
  • Patient Communication: You will be the first point of contact for patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: You will schedule appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures for our patients, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and entered into our systems.

Requirements:

  • You must have a high school diploma and prior experience as an administrative assistant or medical office coordinator.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You must be able to travel to all clinic locations in the Tampa Bay area.
  • You should be able to work extended hours to cover clinics as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Athena EMR experience.
  • Back-office experience.
  • Surgical scheduling experience.
