We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage our device and spare stock, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and manage shipments of spares and loan pool equipment, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
  • Process customer returns, performing thorough inspections and tests to ensure that all devices meet our quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our demo equipment, ensuring that it is always in top condition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, hardware maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance, including installation, examination, testing, and replacement of hardware and peripheral components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly, with a strong attention to detail.
