Strategic Account Manager

At Red Pepper Software, our Strategic Account Managers are pivotal in nurturing and expanding relationships with our most valued clients. They ensure that we deliver outstanding value while fostering client loyalty and growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with the implementation team on significant account initiatives to guarantee cohesive execution.
    • Engage in initial meetings for major accounts, establishing a foundation for effective account management and enduring partnerships.
    • Participate in implementation discussions to facilitate seamless project execution and address any issues that arise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving ongoing revenue enhancement.
  • Assess accounts based on their strategic significance, growth potential, and revenue generation to prioritize focus and resources.
  • Conduct regular account evaluations with the Strategic Growth Director to review performance, explore growth avenues, and synchronize strategies.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and primary liaison.
  • Account Development - Identify avenues for account expansion and collaborate closely with Implementation Consultants to enhance client engagement.
  • Provide consistent weekly updates and reports to the Customer Care Department Manager regarding account status, progress towards objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Enhancement - Seek opportunities to refine account management processes and elevate customer satisfaction, fostering innovation and superior customer success.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales expertise and a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Dedicated to client satisfaction and delivering high-value solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, adept at closing deals and managing contract renewals.
  • Robust business acumen with the ability to uncover needs across multiple organizations to provide effective solutions.
