Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Drive sales excellence by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored product offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance objectives of your team members.
  • Work with leadership to develop strategic action plans that align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Meet established targets and KPIs set by OSL.
  • Organize weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing across all retail locations.
  • Train team members on operational procedures, product knowledge, and carrier information.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions focused on personal and professional growth.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives and collaborate closely with your team as needed.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management within the wireless or electronics sector.
  • Availability for full-time work, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations during operational hours.
  • Experience in recruitment, coaching, human resources, and understanding of employment standards.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail performance metrics.
  • Successful completion of a background check and authorization to access specific facilities is required for this position.
