Job Summary

As a Customer Support Roadside Assistance Specialist at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling truck breakdowns from initial intake to invoice/billing. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance to customers in need of emergency support
• Identify problems and determine the type of support required to resolve the issue
• Arrange service response through a network of service providers
• Use Salesforce to close out cases and document activity associated with each incident
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure appropriate actions are being pursued on behalf of the customer

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Computer efficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This is a call center environment, and you will be working in an office setting with a team of over 50 members. The dress code is business casual, and you will be required to work 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break. The training schedule includes working Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday and Sunday off. After training, you will be required to work 3 weekdays and 2 weekend days a week, with a set schedule prior to training ending. You will be working 40 hours a week within a 7-day time span.
