Auto Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Auto Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and supporting store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to retail and installer customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support store management in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process exchanges and returns, address customer complaints, and perform various daily operational tasks as needed.
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, and perform in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow).
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is desired.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
