Job Title: PC/Applications Support Analyst

Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts Division is seeking a highly skilled PC/Applications Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling Salesforce and Amazon Connect Cloud Call Center user administrative functions and providing advanced support for critical IT equipment and escalating complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for 3rd party out-of-box applications, including SharePoint, DocuWare, Sage 50, and Digital Signage.
  • Handle Salesforce and Amazon Connect Cloud Call Center administrative functions, including user account maintenance and workflows.
  • Provide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to servers, PCs, iPhones, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors when necessary.
  • Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with security protocols and operational standards.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with end-users to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
  • Work closely with PC/LAN supervisor to analyze existing operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth of the infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in PC hardware and software configuration, installation, and troubleshooting required.
  • Experience with Executive level IT support.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred.
