Job Title: Guest ServicesJob Summary:

Catch a Fire Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services team member to join our dynamic team. As a Guest Services representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests immediately and help them find seats in the dining and bar areas as needed.
  • Escort guests to their seats in the dining areas and suggest seating in the bar area as needed.
  • Take carryout orders in person and over the phone, and take payments with speed and accuracy.
  • Respond to guest concerns in a proactive and friendly manner to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
  • Run and serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Buss all areas of the restaurant in a professional and timely manner.
  • Complete opening and closing duties to ensure a successful service, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
  • Acknowledge and thank all guests as they depart.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with professionalism with all team members and guests at all times.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently uphold high standards.
  • Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to frequently talk, hear, taste, and smell.
  • Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds and stand for 8 consecutive hours.
