About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Guest Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and update computer systems as necessary.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

About the Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
