Job Description

The Guest Services Representative will provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to departure. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Handle guest registrations, room assignments, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reservation Management: Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day reservations following hotel rate structures and sell strategies.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, events, directions, and local attractions.
  • Luggage Handling: Show guests to their rooms, assist with luggage, and explain hotel facilities and their location.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Three months to one full year of employment in a related position.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Front Desk operations, computer equipment, and reservations systems; ability to read and speak English; second language preferred.

Compensation: Estimated salary $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
