We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to provide support functions to various departments within Gas Field Specialists, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry, and the ability to keep company proprietary information confidential.
Responsibilities will include answering phones, performing receptionist duties, inputting invoices and documents, triaging calls, assembling and processing overnight shipments, creating and modifying documents, and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems.
The Business Coordinator will also be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and department visitors, coordinating and maintaining records for various intra-company departments, setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences, and providing support to the Payroll, HR, Billing, and other company departments as required.
The successful candidate will have a strong computer skills, above average math skills, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Associate or Bachelor's Degree is helpful but not required, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
