Front Desk Representative

At GoDog, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with new and existing customers, and participating in administrative tasks to ensure seamless communication with customers and the Pet Services Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily tasks, check-in and check-out of dogs, and maintain accurate records
- Act as the face of GoDog, greeting customers warmly, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Procure and maintain vaccination records and other required paperwork
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and customer-facing areas
- Manage reservations, engage customers to add on services, and participate in package offerings
- Assist in client registration, checking pets in and out, and relay critical information to kennel and daycare staff
- Assist in Daycare and Boarding, covering shifts or breaks as needed
- 1 year reception or administrative experience
- 1 year customer service experience
- Comfort working with dogs of all sizes and personalities
- Proven work ethic, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to positively interact with the animals that GoDog services
- Ability to regularly move throughout the facility to continuously interact with pets, customers, and staff
- Pet First Aid and CPR Certification
- Background check clearance
