Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and establishing follow-ups with sales appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing initial product information and directing them to relevant dealership resources.
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs, providing personalized solutions.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show, maintaining a strong customer relationship.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions, collaborating with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management to drive business growth.
  • Utilize our CRM tracking system daily to monitor customer interactions and sales performance.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role in customer service experience, with a strong background in automotive retail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor, with a positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
