The successful candidate will be responsible for providing inspirational and operational leadership to the Outreach Area Team, recruiting and equipping volunteers, and overseeing program development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Outreach Area Team, ensuring effective execution of ministry programs and events.
  • Recruit, select, and equip volunteers to support ministry activities, including event planning and logistics.
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve ministry objectives, including program planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the Ministry Relations Manager to provide resources and program assistance to partner churches and organizations.
  • Cultivate donors and relationships to support ministry growth and development.
  • Participate in local and international ministry programs, including wheelchair collection and logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, project management, and/or volunteer oversight.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and physically assist with event setup.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with volunteers and staff.
  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally, and work evenings and weekends as needed.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $65,000-$70,000 per year.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
