**What You'll Do**
* Provide leadership and supervision to security staff, ensuring a high standard of security service.
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure environment.
* Manage and monitor building access control systems and ensure compliance with security protocols.
* Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for staff.
* Coordinate effectively during emergency situations, ensuring swift and appropriate responses.
* Develop and maintain security protocols and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to all staff.
* Evaluate and assess potential security risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
**Who We Are Looking For**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Lead - Asset Protection to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams in a security context.
* Experience in conducting training sessions and creating informative presentations.
* Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and lead calmly and professionally during emergencies.
* Dependable with a commitment to ethical conduct and maintaining confidentiality.
* Skilled in addressing inquiries and managing a diverse range of individuals and situations.
* Flexibility to adapt to varied roles and responsibilities within the corporate security setting.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 5 years of experience in a security role with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.
* Familiarity with physical security, information security, emergency response protocols, and team management.
* Proven ability to provide white-glove customer service in a leadership role.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including potentially weekends and holidays.
* Must pass a comprehensive background check and meet all physical requirements of the role.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
**Estimated Salary Range**
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
