Pediatric Quality Improvement Specialist

As a Clinical Patient Safety Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing child health through innovation in the quality, cost, and delivery of care. The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with safety team and other safety leaders for expertise on theme detection, deliverable development, and program support.
- Researches internal and external resources, leveraging expertise within children's hospitals, for topic-specific standards, professional guidelines, and best practices.
- Develops survey and interview questions to supplement research findings and prepares patient safety written reports, documentations, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials.
