Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist

**About the Job**
We are seeking a seasoned Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in driving supplier quality and development processes, ensuring that our suppliers meet and exceed our rigorous standards.
This is an onsite role based at our Lenexa, KS site. Anticipated travel is 25%.
About the Role
- Supplier Qualification & Certification: Oversee and conduct supplier qualification, certification, and assessment processes to ensure compliance with Collins Aerospace standards.
- Quality Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and develop part-specific corrective actions and resolutions for quality issues.
- Process Management: Lead processes for supplier qualification, source inspection, material release, and Correction Action Boards/DQ Clinics.
About You
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
