About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $**80,000 - $105,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with the team and stakeholders to understand, develop and implement a data and analytic strategy to support PSO patient safety activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Works with the team and stakeholders to understand, develop and implement a data and analytic strategy to support PSO patient safety activities.
  • Identifies and prioritizes process improvement opportunities for efficient access to and effective use of patient safety data
  • Maintains core competency in the data systems and works with the team and other stakeholders to implement process improvements and maintain the data system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, nursing preferred. Masters in related field preferred.
  • Five years' experience using data in a hospital or healthcare setting required; pediatric experience preferred
  • At least three years patient safety, quality and/or risk management healthcare experience in a programmatic capacity preferred.
