We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Patient Safety Program Manager to join our team at nFuzion.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and manage patient safety programs in pediatric hospitals, working closely with our volunteer experts and data systems to deliver high-quality patient safety work product. The successful candidate will support the Director on special projects, building knowledge and action to improve safety in children's hospitals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Support: Collaborate with the safety team and other safety leaders to detect theme opportunities, develop deliverables, and provide program support.
  • Data Analysis: Work with the team and stakeholders to understand, develop, and implement a data and analytic strategy to support patient safety activities.
  • Customer Support: Provide expert guidance to PSO members on improving data and documents submitted, ensuring they meet analysis requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required, with nursing experience preferred. A Master's degree in a related field is also desirable.
  • Work Experience: At least five years of experience using data in a hospital or healthcare setting, with pediatric experience a plus.
  • Patient Safety Skills: Knowledge of patient safety, quality, and/or risk management programs, as well as principles of continuous quality improvement, root cause analysis, and proactive risk analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and listening skills, with strong project management and customer service skills.
