About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients while collaborating with a dedicated team to uphold the highest integrity and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
  • Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to promote a positive image of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and be licensed to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults are essential qualities for this role.

What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
  • An additional $400 weekly stipend for traveling to other offices within your geographic area, all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals).
  • Guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections.
  • Eligibility for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans.
  • A 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match and Continuing Education reimbursements.
