Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Delivery Advocates. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable customer experiences in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our custom car haulers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, maintaining a safe and efficient process.
  • Complete customer paperwork and track customer interactions in our system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Requires high and low levels of movement, with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
