About the Role

As an Orthopedic Trauma Sales Specialist, you will engage with a high level of dedication and intensity to facilitate the sales of Stryker's Trauma products, addressing our clients' critical needs.

Under the guidance of a Trauma Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the winning culture of the Stryker Trauma team, known for delivering exceptional results.

You will undergo comprehensive formal training on our Trauma product range and sales techniques, including hands-on experience in the operating room. In your first year, you will observe over 300 medical procedures, becoming well-versed in surgical practices.

Your expertise in orthopedic surgical requirements and procedures will make you an invaluable member of the surgical team, positively influencing surgical outcomes.

You should be prepared to be on call during most nights and weekends.

By focusing on client service, excellent account management, and a commitment to our mission of enhancing healthcare, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner to our clients.
