Patient Care Technician Float Pool Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Technician to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our dialysis patients. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with dialysis procedures, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct vital signs, monitor patient progress, and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis techniques and best practices.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent).
- At least 1 year of PCT dialysis experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
