The role of a Patient Services Representative requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to adapt to new challenges that arise daily in a professional medical setting.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct patient intake, including greeting and checking in patients and verifying/updating their demographic information.
- Assist patients in completing consent forms.
- Process cash and credit card payments for medical services provided.
- Manage calls, pages, and triage phone inquiries.
- Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and perform other customer service or clerical tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and practices is advantageous.Physical Requirements:
- 80% standing, 20% sitting.
