A Patient Services Representative plays a crucial role in our operations, requiring excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to adapt to various situations in a dynamic medical setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient intake processes, including greeting and checking in patients, as well as verifying and updating patient information.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary consent documentation.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions for medical services provided.
  • Manage communications by initiating calls, paging, and triaging phone inquiries.
  • Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and perform additional customer service or clerical tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and practices is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Majority of the role involves standing (80%) with some sitting (20%).

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily onsite.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00.
