Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and adherence to safety standards. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the logistics or manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, shipping, and product handling.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, providing mentorship, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to reduce losses and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and timely product dispatch.
  • Evaluate warehouse processes and workflows, identifying improvement opportunities and executing necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor new employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and work in diverse environmental conditions.
  • Forklift operation certification is a plus.
