The Pre Service Analyst is responsible for executing various administrative functions, including patient scheduling and registration. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system and acting as the primary point of contact for the office. The Analyst plays a crucial role in facilitating communication among therapists, physician offices, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
2. Schedule appointments and register patients efficiently.
3. Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
4. Assist therapists with patient care as needed.
5. Maintain cleanliness of treatment areas and manage supply inventory.
6. Keep accurate records of modality temperatures.
