Key Responsibilities:
As a Traffic Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of work zones. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing traffic control operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Managing a team of traffic control personnel and coordinating daily activities.
  • Conducting site assessments and implementing traffic management plans.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • TCS Certification (ATSSA / CCA) or a minimum of 4000 verifiable hours in traffic control.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic management.
  • Experience as a TMA Driver.
  • A valid driver's license and a strong commitment to safety.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights of 50-60 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including drug testing.

Work Environment:
The role involves physical demands, including:

  • Working outdoors in varying conditions, including extreme weather.
  • Managing noise levels and potential exposure to construction site hazards.
  • Maintaining stamina for long hours in the field.
