Position Summary
AWP Safety is on the lookout for capable individuals who can deliver Prompt, Reliable & Courteous flagging services to protect our partners within work zones.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.50
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and travel long distances within work zones.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential to address specific needs in the work area.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend instructions, plans, and maps related to work zone locations.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Consistent attendance and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- A High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- ATSSA Flagger Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior experience is required; training and development will be provided.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle report that aligns with company standards
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Effective communication skills.
