Additionally, we offer consultation and traffic design services, along with the necessary traffic control equipment. Our collective commitment is to enhance traffic safety in the regions we serve.

Position Summary

AWP Safety is on the lookout for capable individuals who can deliver Prompt, Reliable & Courteous flagging services to protect our partners within work zones.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20.50

Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and travel long distances within work zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential to address specific needs in the work area.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend instructions, plans, and maps related to work zone locations.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Consistent attendance and reliable transportation are mandatory.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • ATSSA Flagger Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • No prior experience is required; training and development will be provided.
Additional Requirements

Essential Criteria:
  • Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle report that aligns with company standards
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English
  • Effective communication skills.
