Position Summary: We are seeking proactive individuals for the role of Traffic Control Supervisor. This position is ideal for those who excel in diverse settings and are looking for a fulfilling career path without the necessity of a college degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise traffic control operations to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Manage and direct teams in the field, ensuring effective traffic management.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet scheduling needs.

Qualifications:

  • Required: TCS Certification (ATSSA / CCA) or 4000+ verifiable hours.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic control.
  • Valid Driver's License and TMA Driver certification.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test.
