Key Responsibilities:- Establishing and maintaining secure work zones using appropriate equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all individuals.
- Effectively managing traffic flow with stop/slow paddles.
- Providing exceptional service and safeguarding our clients.
- Benefiting from ongoing training and support to advance from an entry-level position to long-term career opportunities.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights of 50-60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Experience in driving is essential.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
