Overview

This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) based in our financial center. Flexibility to work around operational hours is required.

The Financial Services Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our financial center. This position involves addressing a wide range of customer needs, from service inquiries to sales, with enthusiasm and dedication. The consultant will provide a comprehensive service experience, assisting customers with account management and transaction processing. Engaging in customer-focused discussions is essential to strengthen relationships and establish trust. The role includes promoting various banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and help them achieve their financial objectives. The time allocated to different responsibilities will depend on customer traffic and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate proactive sales discussions through various channels, including outbound calls, inbound inquiries, appointment scheduling, and effective in-branch engagement.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other tools to facilitate relationship-building conversations and ensure a consistent onboarding process for new customers.
  • Identify lending opportunities for both individual and small business clients, collaborating with the lending team to secure positive outcomes for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies while exercising sound judgment within established guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to customers regarding products and services, process transactions accurately, and maintain flexibility between sales and operational tasks.
  • Apply knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist customers and resolve issues effectively.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales (Required).

Other Duties as Assigned by Manager

This role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and comply with the organization's compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring timely completion of compliance training. This includes recognizing compliance risks within their departments and escalating concerns to management as necessary.

Pay Transparency

To promote transparency, we provide salary ranges for all job postings. Compensation is determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant credentials. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.16.
