Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center. Flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate operational hours.

The Financial Services Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by addressing a wide range of client needs with enthusiasm and dedication. This position offers clients a comprehensive service experience, from account setup and management to transaction processing. The focus is on fostering customer-centric dialogues to strengthen relationships and establish trust. Actively promote various banking solutions to enhance client satisfaction and help them achieve their financial objectives. The time allocated to different responsibilities will fluctuate based on client traffic and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate proactive sales discussions through both internal and external interactions, including outbound calls, incoming inquiries, appointment scheduling, and effective engagement in the lobby.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other tools to facilitate relationship-building conversations with clients, ensuring a consistent approach to onboarding new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Skilled in identifying lending opportunities for individuals and small businesses, collaborating with the centralized lending team to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
  • Mitigate risk by adhering to relevant regulations and company policies, demonstrating sound judgment within established guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to clients regarding products and services. Execute customer maintenance requests, accurately process transactions, assist with operational duties, and maintain adaptability between sales and transaction tasks.
  • Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to assist clients and resolve issues.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

2 or more years of experience in customer service or sales. (Required)

Other Duties as Assigned by Manager

This role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned by management. All employees are expected to understand and comply with all company-assigned compliance programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring completion of compliance training assignments by designated deadlines. This includes recognizing and addressing compliance risks within their departments and escalating such risks to the appropriate management level.

Salary ranges are established based on the position, function, and responsibilities, benchmarked against similar companies in our industry. Compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's expertise, skills, experience, and relevant certifications. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.16.
