Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar scheduling, resolve overlapping commitments, and prioritize tasks.
  • Prepare information for presentations and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and department meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, accounting/travel software, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with tight deadlines, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $24.00 - $29.80 per hour, with a total compensation package including bonus target determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All full-time roles in the US come with a robust benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
