Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to join our team at JobRialto. As an Administrative Professional, you will work closely with our IT supervisor, project managers, and developers in an agile development environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment, and technical support. You will also be involved in new application development and supporting legacy applications utilizing .NET, C#, Java, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and other technologies.
This is a challenging opportunity that requires the ability to port Java code samples and libraries to C#. You must demonstrate competence/experience in your specific area(s) of project assignment during the interview process with our staff. Your experience must also be documented for review and verification.
A resource not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror's proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. Our organization conducts background checks on all resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain message systems to track staff, answer, screen, and route incoming calls, if necessary, taking messages. Greet visitors and guests.
• Perform administrative duties such as composing, typing, and editing various correspondence; special projects, reports spreadsheets, etc. as required.
• Process and monitor timely processing of invoices and other departmental expenditures.
• Keep track of office supplies for departmental personnel for budget purposes.
• Support travel arrangements for Board Members and staff for budget purposes.
• Maintain message systems to track staff, answer, screen, and route incoming calls, if necessary, taking messages.
• Maintain applicable filing systems for section.
• Respond to routine, non-technical inquiries.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and other administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
• Associate's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of high-level administrative or legal experience.
• Type at a speed necessary for successful job performance. Proficiency using PC and software applications to include Windows, graphic computer software, budget management software, or computer-based programs, word processing spreadsheet, and database.
• High level of analytical skills to find solutions to professional, technical, and administrative problems; high level of competence in computer applications.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of supervisory and non-supervisory employees effectively and sensitively, outside counsel, governmental entities, the community, Board of Directors, and others both inside and outside of DART.
• Ability to be mobile and occasionally lift objects weighing 5 - 10 pounds such as books, computer binders, or ledgers.
• Mental ability to read complex materials and concentrate on details.
Salary Information
Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
