Job Position
We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to fill a part-time position, requiring 25-30 hours of work per week. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Processing invoices and coordinating with the operations manager
  • Managing customer relationships and appointment confirmations
  • Maintaining our database and ensuring CRM software efficiency

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation
