Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist financial advisors with client meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $23-$30 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
