Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Processing invoices and scheduling work with the operations manager
- Managing customer interactions and appointment confirmations
- Coordinating marketing efforts and database management
- Maintaining CRM and Microsoft Office expertise

Requirements
- 25-30 hours per week, no nights or weekends
- Strong customer service and administrative background
- Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license

Compensation
$15.00 per hour
