About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting retailer and client expectations in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Develop Associates: Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and meet client expectations.
  • Project Completion and Store Communication: Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain effective communication with store personnel.
  • Sales and Education: Sell and educate customers and store personnel about product lines and other projects deemed necessary.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report directly to the Market Sales Manager and communicate successes or potential barriers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with electronics and technical products, as well as proficiency in using handheld devices.
  • Independent and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalency certification required, and a valid driver's license.
