The On-Site Sales Manager will primarily engage with customers at their locations, which may involve local travel and occasional weekend work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize the potential of the Cold Drink Market.
Analyze and implement strategies to enhance sales at each cold drink account.
Identify and pursue new cold drink accounts as opportunities arise.
Maintain communication with both new and existing accounts to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Follow up on sales leads and ensure all opportunities are explored.Facilitate the placement of cold drink equipment in both existing and new accounts, collaborating with the sales team.
Develop methods to gather information on potential accounts.Advise team members on available sales programs and expected follow-through actions.
Assist in creating initiatives to grow the cold drink segment.Ensure that cold drink equipment is well-maintained and updated.
Promote our products and services by highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
Encourage dealers to recognize the profitability of offering our beverage products to their customers and employees.
Collaborate with sales supervisors and team members to achieve optimal sales performance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies.
Familiarity with the beverage industry and its products is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills, including negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
A valid driver's license is required, along with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check.
