Overview:


Abile Group presents a compelling opportunity for a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, focusing on CSOC Tier 2 and 3 roles within a long-term contract dedicated to providing Network and Cybersecurity services for an Intelligence Community client.

The team will collaborate to deliver transport and cybersecurity IT services across various networks and security domains, supporting multiple locations globally, including new facility developments aligned with the Intelligence Community's mission.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and qualifications, prepared to manage all responsibilities with independence and professionalism.


Responsibilities:


Cybersecurity Operations Analysts are responsible for delivering CSOC Tiered Services; ensuring 24x7x365 coordination, execution, and implementation of all necessary actions for containment, eradication, and recovery from events and incidents.

CSOC Tier 2

Responsibilities include malware and implant analysis, along with forensic artifact handling and examination.

During non-incident response periods, you will engage in continuous exercises and simulations to enhance response effectiveness in the event of a cyber incident.

CSOC Tier 3

Responsibilities include incident management and response, malware analysis and signature development, as well as forensic artifact handling and examination.

Qualifications:

Clearance Required:
Active or Reinstateable TS/SCI required with the capability to pass a CI polygraph.

Degree and Years of Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with Two (2) to Six (6) years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Required Certifications:
Tier 2

DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (current)

Ability to attain/maintain CSSP Analyst certification within 120 days of employment.

Tier 3

DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification (current)

Ability to attain/maintain CSSP Incident Responder certification within 120 days of employment.

Required Skills:
TCP/IP

Protocol analyzers

Network protocols

Cyber Attack Lifecycle

Mitre Att&ck framework

Obfuscation techniques (e.g., base64; rot13; XOR; URL encoding; etc.)

Utilizing SIEM for event analysis.

Work Shifts:
Ability to work One (1) or more of Five (5) work shifts.
