Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Support Specialist to join our team at Chugh LLP. As an Immigration Support Specialist, you will provide administrative assistance to our immigration lawyers and paralegals, ensuring the smooth operation of our immigration practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in printing, copying, scanning, and preparing mailing labels.
  • Organize documents and files, and update data in our system.
  • Prepare and update logs, and provide general assistance to members of the immigration team.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
