Product Support Specialist

As a Product Support Specialist at Sustainable Talent, you will be working closely with software developers, program managers, and customers to investigate reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed.

Responsibilities include replicating customer/end-user reported issues, working on the latest NVIDIA products and technologies, and providing software technical support to our customers and partners.

Key requirements include a Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, as well as 5+ years' experience with 2+ years customer support or software-hardware testing experience.

Additional responsibilities include testing NVIDIA products on customer-specific platforms to ensure compatibility and providing timely communication to cross-functional groups.

You will help triage, isolate, and resolve reported problems, develop and implement software tools that improve productivity, and have a deep understanding of the Windows OS.

Requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently.

What we need to see:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years' experience with 2+ years customer support or software-hardware testing experience required.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues a must.

- Deep understanding of the Windows OS.

- Deep knowledge of PC architecture, supercomputers, and computer clusters.

- Must have extensive experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs, or laptop systems.

- Experience with debugging tools, memory dump analysis, and remote debug.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and should be able to handle multiple projects independently.

- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

- Familiarity working with NVIDIA GPU hardware a strong plus as well as prior experience in PC Game Testing will be an added advantage.

- Scripting experience in Python / PowerShell.
