Resumen:

Altamira está en la búsqueda de un Director de Desarrollo de Negocios con un historial comprobado en la identificación y cierre de oportunidades en el sector de Defensa.

El Director será responsable de ampliar las operaciones comerciales dentro de las entidades del Departamento de Defensa (DoD).

El candidato ideal desarrollará y liderará estrategias comerciales específicas para la Fuerza Aérea, la Fuerza Espacial, laboratorios relacionados, agencias y centros de inteligencia de servicio, con el objetivo de aumentar la presencia de Altamira en el mercado.

Se espera que el candidato sobresalga en un entorno donde gestione y ejecute el ciclo completo de desarrollo de negocios a través de múltiples propuestas simultáneas.

Los candidatos exitosos habrán ocupado previamente roles como gerente de desarrollo de negocios y/o gerente de captura, con experiencia comprobada en el apoyo a clientes del DoD.

El candidato colaborará con clientes y departamentos internos de Altamira para crear y evaluar oportunidades, generar enfoques técnicos y elaborar presentaciones de gestión que respalden recomendaciones de seguir/no seguir y ofertar/no ofertar, lo que finalmente conducirá a un pipeline exitoso de múltiples años.

Se espera que el candidato sea un socio crítico con los líderes de cuentas del DoD y arquitectos de soluciones.

Responsabilidades:

Ampliar el pipeline de oportunidades para incluir mercados existentes y adyacentes mediante la identificación y calificación diligente de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.

Implementar técnicas avanzadas de desarrollo de negocios para cumplir con las estrategias de crecimiento corporativo, tanto en participación de mercado como en objetivos de ingresos. Identificar e implementar enfoques para ingresar a nuevos mercados de clientes, así como expandirse en la base de clientes actual. Identificar las necesidades del cliente y asegurar una venta basada en soluciones rentables para aumentar los ingresos y crear relaciones de valor añadido. Fomentar la colaboración en toda la organización para ofrecer soluciones de clase mundial al cliente y maximizar la probabilidad de éxito. Comprender y responder a las necesidades y objetivos del cliente, involucrando y educando a los clientes potenciales/existentes sobre las capacidades de Altamira. Realizar revisiones mensuales detalladas del pipeline con la alta dirección. Participar como líder de pensamiento en decisiones de ofertas y revisiones de puertas. Apoyar el establecimiento de presupuestos y pronósticos aplicables basados en la identificación de oportunidades y la actividad del mercado. Liderar estrategias de asociación y negociaciones contractuales, incluyendo acuerdos de colaboración y estrategias de precios para ganar.

Calificaciones:
Mínimo de 6 a 8 años de experiencia en el desarrollo de negocios en mercados de defensa e inteligencia, con resultados comprobables. Fuerte capacidad técnica orientada a soluciones, demostrada por la comprensión y promoción de soluciones técnicas que se alinean con la estrategia y los planes de adquisición del cliente. Debe haber liderado y ganado grandes capturas competitivas. Certificación o experiencia en las mejores prácticas de captura y propuesta de Shipley Associates. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal son esenciales. Se prefiere un título de maestría. Se requiere un título de licenciatura.

Se requiere tener una amplia intimidad con COCOMS o clientes de la Fuerza Aérea, incluyendo arquitecturas y programas actuales, a través de las entidades gubernamentales de COCOMS y la Fuerza Aérea.

Se prefiere tener una autorización de seguridad TS/SCI y acceso a clientes.
