Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of the entire team, including finance, operations, sales, and administration.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Participate in expansion activities, including investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, and partnerships.
  • Identify, develop, and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees, partners, investors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage large-scale real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior-level role in the Real Estate or Construction industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent operational management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
  • Preferred experience in multi-family acquisition, development, and investment.
