Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight across finance, accounting, and risk management domains.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable growth and stability.
  • Continuously assess the performance of the organization alongside the broader economic landscape to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Oversee liquidity management and interest rate risk to ensure financial robustness.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess either a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree complemented by a professional certification. A minimum of five years in senior executive management roles is essential, alongside a proven track record of over ten years in progressively responsible positions managing finance and accounting functions, including experience in Asset Liability Management. Familiarity with Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is considered advantageous.
