About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections. A background in accounting is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices and perform weekly check runs
  • Set up new vendor accounts and code invoices in the general ledger
  • Send invoices to customers and apply payments to customer accounts
  • Process customer credit applications and monitor cash flow
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Four years of experience in finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other financial software
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Work Environment:

This role is based 100% onsite in Bristol, IN, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $41,700 - $51,750 per year, depending on experience.
