Position Overview
The Parts Supervisor is accountable for steering the Parts department towards achieving optimal efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and satisfaction for both team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets, set pricing strategies, and authorize controllable expenses.
- Establish, review, and maintain a balanced inventory.
- Generate and submit orders throughout the day.
- Reconcile invoices, forecast expenses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Assist with physical inventory management and order processing.
- Support work schedules, timekeeping, and payroll management.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure internal job requirements are met.
- Maintain high standards of customer service quality.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Support team member success and development.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive store success.
- Proven experience in automotive parts management.
- Ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of eighteen years.
