About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled High Performance Building Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and managing projects that focus on sustainable, high-performance building engineering.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in consulting engineering and possess excellent technical skills. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design mechanical systems for energy-efficient buildings
  • Manage projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of MEP design
  • Strong communication and project management skills
