Job Summary:
The Senior Lead Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in developing and delivering electrical systems projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. With a strong background in electrical engineering and leadership experience, this position offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

About the Job:
This full-time position is based in the Atlanta office and requires a minimum of 12+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical building systems emphasis, as well as a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including internal project discipline teams, equipment vendors, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex power and building systems, including generator plants, medium voltage distribution, uninterruptible power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and grounding.
• Collaborate with internal project discipline teams, equipment vendors, and manufacturers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
